Katharine L. Ross is a Sales Associate for Harbor Sotheby's International Realty. She has had a residence in Harbor Springs all of her life. She knows the Harbor Springs and Petoskey areas well, and also the surrounding lakes. She can provide her clients with past knowledge of all the communities in the area. Having worked for Henderson Sotheby's International Realty in Princeton, NJ for several years now, Katharine brings the professional experience necessary to represent and negotiate on her clients behalf. She specializes in Residential Real Estate and has her staging license so she can help her clients prepare their homes to sell. Formerly living in New York City, Katharine managed her own interior design firm for 15 years. As a professional designer with great training, she ran her firm with integrity and developed great knowledge of lifestyles. She was also a respected officer of the New York American Society of Interior Designers. Katharine has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Colorado and also graduated from Parson School of Design both in New York and Paris. She was on the Board of Trustees of the Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Katharine is also a member the Harbor Springs Historical Society and has raised money for Little Traverse Hospital in Petoskey.
